Job Summary:
The Sales Representative- Insurance supports the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations, helps lead the sales team, and ensures sales targets are achieved. This role focuses on customer service, team coordination, and driving overall sales performance.
Key Roles:
- Promote and sell insurance products to clients.
- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly.
- Follow up with leads and close sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
