The Agency Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and guiding agency partners to achieve sales targets. They drive business growth through effective plan and strong customer relationship strategies.

- Recruit and train agency partners

- Support and motivate the agency team
- Monitor performance and provide regular guidance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
