Job Summary:
The Direct Sales Manager oversees daily sales operations, supports sales associates, and ensures excellent customer service to achieve store and team sales targets.
Key Roles:
- Lead and manage the direct sales team.
- Set daily/weekly sales targets and ensure they are achieved.
- Train, guide, and motivate sales representatives.
- Develop and implement direct sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare basic reports.
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers.
- Ensure good customer relationships and handle escalations.
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
