Job Summary:
Sales Manager – BFSI is responsible for driving sales of insurance products by managing a sales team and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the BFSI sales team
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Selling insurance products
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
