Frontline Sales Manager

Job Description

Job Summary:

The Frontline Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations, helps lead the sales team, and ensures sales targets are achieved. This role focuses on customer service, team coordination, and driving overall sales performance. 

Key Roles:

• Approach customers and promote company products or services
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain good relationships with customers
• Report field activities and sales performance to Manager

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
