Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Area Manager – Digital Agency to lead and expand the digital agency channel across assigned locations in Rajasthan. The role focuses on driving business growth through digital partners, ensuring productivity, and achieving regional targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Digital Agency channel in the assigned area.
- Recruit, onboard, and activate digital agents/partners.
- Drive business targets through digital platforms and agency partners.
- Monitor performance, productivity, and quality of business.
- Conduct regular reviews, training, and engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2-6 years of experience in Agency / Digital Agency / Insurance Sales.
- Experience in handling a team and multiple locations preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital sales processes and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel within Rajasthan.
