Job Description
Position: Sales Executive / Relationship Manager
Location: Rajasthan (Multiple Locations)
Industry: Insurance / BFSI / Agency / Field Sales
Experience: 2–5 Years (Relevant Sales Experience Preferred)
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through field sales, referrals, and leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Explain products, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain proper sales records and reporting
Key Skills Required:
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Experience in insurance/agency/field sales preferred
- Two-wheeler mandatory (for field roles)
