Job Description

Role Summary:
The Relationship Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with assigned clients
• Understand client needs and offer suitable products/services
• Resolve client queries and provide support
• Achieve Monthly/Quarterly and Yearly sales targets
• Keep records of client interactions and prepare reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
