Job Summary:
The Outbound Sales Manager leads the outbound sales team and is responsible for generating new business through calls, follow-ups, and direct customer outreach to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the outbound sales team
- Plan and execute outbound calling and outreach activities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Monitor call quality and sales performance
- Train and coach team on sales techniques
- Maintain basic sales reports and pipelines
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
