Job Overview:
The Agency Sales Manager is responsible for managing a team of agents, driving sales through them, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage agency sales staff
- Monitor agent performance and support to achieve targets
- Develop strategies to increase sales
- Maintain relationships with key agents and partners
- Prepare basic sales and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
