Job Overview:

The Insurance Manager is responsible for managing a team of insurance agents, driving sales of insurance products, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of insurance agents
• Set and achieve sales targets for insurance products
• Train and support agents in sales techniques
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Monitor team performance and prepare reports
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
