Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow agency business in the assigned area
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team
• Acquire new clients and maintain key accounts
• Achieve revenue and growth targets
• Plan local marketing and digital sales activities
• Track performance and submit regular reports

Requirements:

• Experience in digital agency, media sales, or online marketing sales
• Strong leadership and field sales exposure
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel within the region
