Job Description

Job Summary:
The Insurance Manager is responsible for managing insurance sales, leading a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive insurance sales and achieve assigned targets
• Manage and support the sales team or agents
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
• Monitor performance and prepare sales reports
• Resolve customer issues on immediate basis

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
