Job Summary:
The Sales Team Lead is responsible for recruiting, managing, and developing a team of agents to drive sales and achieve business targets.
Key Roles:
- Supervise and guide the sales team
- Help the team achieve sales targets
- Support and train team members
- Track team performance and report to management
- Assist in handling key customer accounts
- Motivate the team for better results
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
