Job Description
The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, and achieving assigned business targets through field and market activities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field sales and market outreach
- Identify and convert prospective customers into active clients
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Promote and explain company products and services effectively
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of sales reports
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
- Experience in sales or field work preferred (freshers can apply where applicable)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within assigned areas
