Position: Banca Insurance Officer
Location: Mumbai
CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and manage strong relationships with bank staff and branch managers

• Generate life insurance business through bank referrals

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth

• Conduct joint customer meetings with bank teams

• Provide product training and support to bank staff

• Maintain customer records and ensure smooth policy issuance

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in BFSI / Life Insurance sales (Banca preferred)

• Graduation mandatory

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Target-oriented with customer-focused approach
