Job Description

Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that support business growth.

Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and escalations.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and review meetings to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/services.
  • Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Analyze client behaviour and recommend personalized solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
