Job Summary:
We are hiring Relationship Managers for the Bancassurance channel in Thane. The role involves working with bank branches to generate insurance business, build strong relationships with branch staff and customers, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff

• Identify customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions

• Achieve assigned sales targets

• Ensure high-quality customer service

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience in BFSI / Bancassurance preferred

• Graduation mandatory

• Good communication and sales skills

• Target-oriented mindset
