Job Description
Associated Sales Executive supports the sales team in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Responsibility:
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation efforts.
- Work with the sales team to manage key accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Support the Sales Manager in supervising and motivating the sales team.
- Help conduct sales training, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in handling client queries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations as needed.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Provide inputs for sales campaigns, promotional activities, and pricing strategies.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Required.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or Marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
