We are looking for a hands-on Field Sales Executive to manage distributor operations and grow sales in the assigned area. This role involves regular market visits, working closely with distributors and retailers, and ensuring smooth product availability and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support existing distributors in the assigned territory
Visit retailers regularly to drive secondary sales
Ensure proper stock availability and product visibility in outlets
Achieve monthly sales targets for the area
Implement trade schemes and promotional activities
Coordinate with distributors on billing and collections
Track competitor activities and share market feedback
Maintain daily sales and market visit reports
Eligibility & Requirements:
Graduation completed
2–5 years of experience in Field Sales or channel sales
Good communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
