• Work on allocated leads (no agency hiring)

• Understand financial needs & suggest suitable plans

• Close sales and meet monthly targets

• Follow up for renewals and customer retention

• Ensure smooth policy issuance

Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduate

• BFSI / Insurance background preferred

• Strong communication & customer-handling skills
