We are looking for a Team Leader who can guide and manage a team to achieve daily and monthly targets. The role includes team handling, monitoring performance, and supporting team members in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and guide a team of executives
Assign daily tasks and follow up on work
Motivate the team to achieve targets
Monitor performance and maintain discipline
Help the team solve work-related issues
Prepare and share team reports with management

Requirements:

Graduation completed
2–5 years of experience (team handling preferred)
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a target-based environment
