Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Distribution Sales Manager to manage and expand our distributor and dealer network in the assigned area. The role focuses on driving sales through distribution channels, improving market coverage, and leading the distribution sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop distributor and dealer network
Drive primary and secondary sales targets
Appoint new distributors and expand market reach
Lead and support distribution sales executives
Ensure product availability and proper stock planning
Plan and execute trade schemes and promotions
Monitor distributor performance, billing, and collections
Track market trends and competitor activities
Prepare sales reports and share updates with management
