Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with assigned bank branches to generate insurance leads.

• Build strong relationships with Branch Managers and Relationship Officers.

• Sell life insurance products to bank customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct joint calls and customer meetings with bank staff.

• Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 2+ years experience in life insurance sales or banca channel.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable with field sales and target-based role.
