Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Sales Manager to lead a sales team and grow insurance business in the assigned area. The role includes team handling, field sales, and achieving business targets through agents or direct sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of insurance sales executives/agents
Drive life/general insurance sales through field activities
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Recruit, train, and motivate agents or sales staff
Support team members in customer meetings and closures
Build strong relationships with customers and partners
Monitor daily sales performance and productivity
Ensure compliance with company and IRDA guidelines

Candidate Requirements:

Graduation completed (mandatory)
Minimum 2+ years experience in field sales
Team handling experience preferred
Good communication and leadership skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
