Job Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving assigned sales targets.

• Identify and approach potential customers
• Promote and sell company products/services
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Follow up on leads and close sales
• Maintain customer data and sales reports
• Build long-term customer relationships

Requirements

• Must completed Graduation compulsory. 
• 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector. 
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams. 
• Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
