Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations in the assigned territory, leading a team, and driving revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute sales strategies for the region
  • Manage, train, and motivate the sales team
  • Achieve area-wise sales targets
  • Appoint and manage distributors/dealers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare performance reports and forecasts

Qualification & Experience:  

  • Must completed Graduation compulsory.   
  • 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.   
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.   
  • Leadership skills to drive a team towards business goals.   
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
