Job Description

Role: Agency Development Manager / Sales Manager
Channel: Agency Channel

Job Summary:
Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors to generate life insurance business and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and develop a team of life insurance advisors.

  • Train, motivate, and guide advisors to achieve business targets.

  • Drive new business and renewal premium through the advisor team.

  • Monitor advisor performance and improve productivity.

  • Conduct joint fieldwork and support advisors in sales.

  • Ensure licensing, documentation, and compliance processes.

  • Maintain daily sales reports and MIS.

Eligibility:

  • Graduate (any stream).

  • 1–5 years of sales/insurance/banking experience preferred.

  • Good communication and team-handling skills.
