Job Summary:
Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors to generate life insurance business and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and develop a team of life insurance advisors.
Train, motivate, and guide advisors to achieve business targets.
Drive new business and renewal premium through the advisor team.
Monitor advisor performance and improve productivity.
Conduct joint fieldwork and support advisors in sales.
Ensure licensing, documentation, and compliance processes.
Maintain daily sales reports and MIS.
Eligibility:
Graduate (any stream).
1–5 years of sales/insurance/banking experience preferred.
Good communication and team-handling skills.
