Job Summary :

The Area Sales Manager professional will be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and promoting company products or services through effective sales and marketing strategies. The role includes field activities, customer interaction, brand promotion, and achieving revenue targets.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and market activities
  • Meet potential customers and present company products/services
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Handle negotiations and close sales effectively
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up with customers
  • Maintain accurate sales records and daily activity report.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Field sales and marketing experience
  • Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Key Requirements:

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Willingness to work in the field and travel as required
  • Two-wheeler preferred (if field role)
