Job Summary :
The Relationship Manager is responsible for driving insurance business growth through the agency distribution model. The role involves leading and developing advisors to achieve sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage multiple agency teams within the assigned area to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Recruit, train and develop Agency Advisors to improve productivity and performance.
- Monitor sales performance, conduct regular review meetings, and implement growth strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and timely reporting of MIS and business data.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Insurance/BFSI sector.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with ability to work in field sales.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and agency channel operations (preferred).
