Job Summary :
The Unit Sales Manager is responsible for driving insurance business growth within the assigned territory through the agency distribution model.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance to achieve unit-level sales targets.
- Drive life insurance business through the agency channel by motivating in the field.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular review meetings to improve productivity.
- Support advisors in lead generation, client meetings, and closing life insurance sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with agents and ensure their productivity and retention.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with ability to work in field sales.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and agency channel.
