Job Summary:
A Field Sales Manager supervises and supports sales teams working in the field to achieve targets. They plan sales activities, monitor performance and build customer relationships on the ground.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage field sales teams.
  • Set sales targets and ensure they are achieved.
  • Plan and organize field sales activities.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance.
  • Visit key clients and build strong relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the field.
  • Train and motivate sales staff for better results.
  • Prepare reports on sales, market trends and team performance.

 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation in any stream.
  • 1+years of experience in sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
