Job Description:
The Sales Development Manager sells insurance products through bank branches, promoting life insurance solutions to customers, and works with bank staff to drive sales. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Building relationships with branch managers and employees for lead generation. 
• Conducting quick need analysis with walk-in customers. 
• Raising knowledge of life insurance products among customers. 
• Inspiring staff to recommend policies to clients. 
• Meeting goal sheet objectives consistently. 
• Ensuring compliance with internal sales procedures and service standards. 

Experience and Qualifications:  

• Having a graduate degree is required.  
• 1+ years or more in sales or marketing.  
• Must have been a local resident or native for three or more years.  
• Basic familiarity with banking and insurance operations.  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
