The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory by managing a team, developing business strategies, and ensuring target achievement through effective field execution and team performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales executives/agents to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance.
- Conduct field visits to support team members and close deals.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (field sales preferred).
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
