B2B Sales Executive

Job Description

Role Purpose:

We are hiring a  to B2B Sales Executive drive field sales, acquire new customers, and support business growth. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet sales targets.

 Key Duties:

• Generate leads and convert them into sales through field visits
• Identify new customers in the assigned area
• Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow up on potential leads and close deals
• Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions
• Submit regular reports on sales activities

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory
• 1–2 years of experience in field sales/marketing
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Self-driven and target-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a field environment
