Sales Officer – Team Leader

Job Description

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Officer  to drive sales growth, manage a team, and expand business in the assigned territory. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and a passion for field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales in the assigned area
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales executives/agents
• Set sales targets and ensure achievement
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance
• Conduct regular field visits and market analysis
• Prepare sales reports and update management

Requirements:

• Graduation in any field
• 3+ years of experience in sales (preferably BFSI / Insurance)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle team and pressure
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area
