Job Description

We are looking for a Experienced Assistant Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, handling a sales team, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop sales in the assigned area
• Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve targets
• Generate new business opportunities through field sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory
• 2+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing (BFSI preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Must be willing to travel for field sales
