Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the Agency Channel by recruiting, developing, and managing a team of insurance advisors while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and build a strong team of insurance advisors
  • Train, motivate, and guide advisors to achieve business targets
  • Drive sales through field activities and joint calls
  • Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
  • Support advisors in client meetings and closures
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and policy issuance

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales / marketing
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel and work on-field
