Job Description
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the Agency Channel by recruiting, developing, and managing a team of insurance advisors while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and build a strong team of insurance advisors
- Train, motivate, and guide advisors to achieve business targets
- Drive sales through field activities and joint calls
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Support advisors in client meetings and closures
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors
- Ensure smooth onboarding and policy issuance
Required Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales / marketing
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Willingness to travel and work on-field
