Job Description
As an Agency Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the Agency Channel by developing advisors, managing team performance, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors
- Drive sales through field activities and joint sales calls
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Guide advisors during client meetings and closures
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
- Ensure smooth onboarding and policy issuance
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Mandatory)
- 2+ years of field sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
