Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
- Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups
- Cross-sell and upsell company products (loans, insurance, investments, etc.)
- Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, banking, or client relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
