Job Description
The Unit Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Monitor team performance and provide training & guidance
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments for lead generation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Complete
- 2–6 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / BFSI (as per role level)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
