Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the insurance sector.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
