– Recruitment and development of quality advisors.
– Recruiting by selling career opportunity to prospective advisor.
– Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors.
– Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
– Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment.
– Advice on branding, positioning, communications, and other marketing issues.
– Give direction to marketing efforts with the most effective methods and tools.
– Develop and improve upon existing marketing techniques.
– Monitor market trends, and analyze consumer markets activities to identify opportunities.
