Job Title: ABP Channel Manager
Role Overview:
The ABP Channel Manager is responsible for managing alternate business partner relationships, driving life insurance sales through partner networks, and achieving sales and revenue targets in the Madurai region.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Management: Build and manage strong relationships with alternate business partners.
Sales Achievement: Drive partner teams to meet insurance sales targets.
Training & Enablement: Provide product and sales training to partner staff.
Market Development: Expand the partner base and identify new growth opportunities.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions.
Compliance: Ensure all partner activities follow regulatory and company guidelines.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years in sales, preferably in ABP or insurance partnerships.
Skills: Strong partner management, negotiation, and sales leadership.
Education: Bachelor’s degree .
