Job Description

We are hiring for Bancassurance Officer & Manager positions in the Bancassurance – Branch Banking Channel.

Position Details:
Designation: Banca Partnership Manager
CTC: Up to ₹5.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits (may vary based on experience and interview)
Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years in Sales and Marketing
Qualification: Minimum Graduation (compulsory)

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle existing and new customers of our tie-up banks/brokers in the assigned area

Support customers and channel partners during pre- and post-sales

Drive business through prospective customers and bank employees

Collaborate with the bank’s sales and operations teams to conduct joint sales activities

Assist the bank in acquiring customers through the sale of insurance products
