Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Promote solar products and services by reaching out to potential customers through cold calls.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored recommendations and solutions.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking and market research.
Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through regular communication and product demonstrations.
Mentor and guide junior sales representatives, sharing expertise to enhance their sales performance.
Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement by contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Provide ongoing customer support by addressing technical inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and sales processes.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure sustained business growth.

Candidate Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree is required.
At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Additional Benefits
