Job Description
The channel sales manager will oversee and encourage the channel sales of life insurance agencies. This role includes developing sales strategies, monitoring agency performance, and expanding the agent network.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategy for the agency channel.
Locate, inform, and help representatives of insurance companies.
Monitor sales performance and execute growth strategies.
Create and maintain relationships with significant agency partners.
Examine market trends and adapt plans of action as appropriate.
Prepare sales reports and adhere to regulations.
Requirements:
• Preferably a bachelor’s degree.
• The ability to perform well in a target-driven environment.
• Superb communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Needs to be nearby.
