Primary Responsibilities:
Scout and onboard new agency partners to extend our reach in the market.
Foster strong, enduring relationships with agency affiliates.
Design and execute initiatives aimed at increasing revenue and improving profit margins.
Secure beneficial agreements through strategic negotiation.
Evaluate agency performance and offer continued support for growth.
Perform in-depth market research to identify new growth avenues.

Holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Possesses outstanding communication, negotiation, and people skills.
