Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join East West Bengal. In this role, you’ll manage sales in your assigned area, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you need great communication skills, an understanding of the sales process, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Create and implement sales strategies to reach targets
Find and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with key customers
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
Prepare and present sales reports
Keep accurate records of sales activities
Follow company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Any Field.
1+ Year Experience as a Sales Manager
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the sales process
Highly organized and able to work on your own
