We are seeking a dynamic Unit Sales Manager to spearhead sales growth within a designated region of our agency channel. This leadership role is focused on driving performance, developing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Craft and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed unit targets. Regularly review performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.Team Empowerment: Recruit, onboard, and mentor top sales talent. Provide continuous coaching to boost team effectiveness and morale.
Agent Development: Lead training initiatives to enhance agents’ product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer engagement skills.
Customer-Centric Approach: Foster a culture of excellence in customer service, ensuring long-term client relationships and satisfaction.
Market Insight: Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to stay ahead of trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
